If you unplug the machine for about 10 minutes and try a spin cycle with the fastest spin speed selected, does it ramp up to fast speed?

It speeds up around the 50 sec mark on the video and then seems to slow back down a little. Also makes a few banging noises once in awhile. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q9WZ1hEMAxw
