Ah. you are correct. Model is: hsm25gftcsa. I don't see a defrost timer on this. What should I check/replace? Issue is fridge warm/freezer fine. frost on back panel. I have just manually defrosted it for the 3rd time in 6 months. I know something is wrong but not positive on what to fix.

There is no defrost timer in this unit. Defrost is on the control board (item 801 in section 08). The unit is made by GE and I do not have access to GE tech info.
