Issue is fridge warm/freezer fine. frost on back panel. I have just manually defrosted it for the 3rd time in 6 months. I know something is wrong but not positive on what to fix.

Defrost is on the control board (item 801 in section 08). The unit is made by GE and I do not have access to GE tech info. Below is a link to a GE manual, sections of it may apply to your unit but I am guessing. http://appliancejunk.com...s/downloads/download.png You will ahve to join the site to download the manual.
