It is a 12vDC motor with variable speed which is controlled by another voltage. The problem is the other voltage is ok (between 5-17v, P7-9 and P7-10) without the motor connected, but once the motor is connected, the voltage dropped to below 5v and therefore the motor does not run.

This is to update that after replacing the control board 2214443 found on ********, the motor runs and the refrigerator works again.
When disconnected from motor: Red(+) to White(-): 12v Yellow(+) to White(-): 0v Blue(+) to White(-): 0v
When connected with motor: Red(+) to White(-): 12v Yellow(+) to White(-): 5-17v depends on speed Blue(+) to White(-): 2.78v
That is what it should be. Previously, the Yellow(+) to white(-) has the correct voltage when disconnected, but the voltage is dropped when connected.
