It is a 12vDC motor with variable speed which is controlled by another
voltage. The problem is the other voltage is ok (between 5-17v,
P7-9 and P7-10) without the motor connected, but once the motor is
connected, the voltage dropped to below 5v and therefore the motor
does not run.

I am hoping repair the board 2214443 from the following company
will fix the problem.

This is to update that after replacing the control board 2214443
found on ********, the motor runs and the refrigerator works again.

When disconnected from motor:
Red(+) to White(-): 12v
Yellow(+) to White(-): 0v
Blue(+) to White(-): 0v

When connected with motor:
Red(+) to White(-): 12v
Yellow(+) to White(-): 5-17v depends on speed
Blue(+) to White(-): 2.78v

That is what it should be. Previously, the Yellow(+) to white(-)
has the correct voltage when disconnected, but the voltage is
dropped when connected.
