My dryer won't start. The keypad control panel lights up and the last user settings are there. I cannot change any of the user settings and when I push the start button, it will not start. When I push the stop or off button...nothing happens. Control panel still remains lit. I unplugged the dryer and patiently waited a week because I thought that the humidity (90+%) may have shorted out the mother board. When humidity dropped to 70-80% in my basement, I plugged it back in and was able to change the settings and start the dryer. I pushed off and then tried to start the dryer again and the same thing happened as before. Keypad lit up, settings were what I had changed them to, but dryer would not start or turn off at key pad. The vent is clear and the dryer door latches. Could it be the mother board, keypad or other? Thanks for your help.
