I have a KitchenAid KBRA20ELBT that is not cooling in the top refrigerator
section or the bottom freezer section.
Fan runs until I turn thermostat to off position in refrigerator section.
Compressor seems to be cycling on and off; it is silent and then kicks on
intermittently then turns off. It is warm to the touch.
It makes a noise like the icemaker calling for water; the compressor trying
to start. Is this a relay/overload switch problem?
