I found my washing machine stuck in the spin cycle. I can only advance the cycle manually. I'm assuming that the timer is bad. How do I test the timer?

Did it get cold water for the rinse cycle?

Did it always stop at the same point?

If the both answers are "yes" - the timer has to be replaced.

- The part number for the timer is AP2911959

Here are the break down diagrams for the Roper washer Model AL6245VW0
