Bought a dishwasher off of Craigslist and was told it had a problem draining completely. However, when I hooked it up it went through the wash cycle for about 10-15 minutes and then water started pouring out the front of the dishwasher all over my kitchen. It was a lot of water. So my question is, am I needing a pump or do I need to be considering a completely different part?

you need to look at the unit as it's running and find where the leak is coming from.

Make sure the unit is level all the way around first..........if it's leaning forward it will leak.

It's level, it doesn't leak it actually pours out of the dishwasher.
