I just can't budge frozen nuts on star burners. Tried penetrating oils, etc... but no luck... I can remove unit and get access to insides by removing sides etc.. I need to replace (3) Ignition Plug Assembly units and the Spark Igniter Module. Can I install the Spark Plug Thingy's with front/side access only ??? Or do I have to drill out the star burner nuts etc...?

If you tried oil then your only resort is to drill them out and replace them with a nice steel bit......they heat and cool and seize on sometimes that's just a range for you it's a common problem.

Thank you for the reply... If I choose not to drill out the star burner nut can I replace the Ignition plug assembly and ignition spring with only front or side access ?
