The dryer stops before the clothes are dry. This happens whether it is on the moisture setting or timed drying. I did recently clean out the vent and pipes (which were heavily clogged). However, that did not seem to help.

Any advice?

Run a couple loads with the vent hose disconnected from the dryer.

Post the result.

For more accurate advise I need the complete model number of the dryer.
