Dryer cuts off and starts beeping after 2 to 3 minutes with a message saying call for service E 64

Take the dryer apart there should be a tech sheet inside, your having a problem with the heating circuit. Ohm test all the thermostats in that circuitry you probably have something burned out somewhere. Here's your wire schematics and parts. Below is a more legible wiring diagram. Just in case the tech sheet is not with your unit. http://manuals.frigidaire.com/p...df/Webster/137507300.pdfI could not find one for your unit so it is for a FASE7074NA2. As far as I can see the only difference is that this unit has a drum light so the door switch is different. |
