I have a Maytag Neptune MDE6800 dryer and when I went to use it the display would not light up and it will not do anything. The inside light will light up but that is it. What could it be? Has the circuit board gone bad?

unscrew the keypad off and make sure you have 120v at the main board if you do then it's most likely a bad main board........if not it's a bad keypad try the main board testing first.

I checked it and I have 120 at both of the black wires at the back of the board.

Try and replace the main board then order it from this site and if it doesn't work you can return it.
