and I wonder if I can plug it into any AC wall outlet in my apartment in NYC? Is it possible? Sorry but I do not understand your problem. USA power is 115 volts at 60 hertz. The unit should have a standard USA type plug/cord on it.
BTW: Does my large refrigerator use a standard AC wall outlet? Yes, it does if it is a USA unit. Note: that a fridge uses a fair amount of current so you cannot have a lot of other things on that line. Electrical codes usually specify that a full size fridge have it's own line. |

What I wanted to know is can I plug this mini fridge into any AC outlet in my (NYC) apartment? Would it work if plugged into any AC outlet? I understand it is 115v. Someone told me all NYC AC outlets are 110V. Someone else said no, that all NYC AC outlets are 120V. Someone else said there is no difference and that all NYC AC outlets are really 120V and that 110; 115; 117 and 120 are all the same. That is why I was confused and wondering if I can plug this mini-fridge into any outlet in my apartment? Is that clearer? (The mini-fridge has three prong plug and the AC wall outlet has 3 holes. Thank you for your help. This forum keeps saying message is too short. I hope this posts now.

110; 115; 117 and 120 volts are not all the same but when it comes to running an appliance it does not matter. All North American appliances will run OK on a 110 volt circuit. |

Most of the mini fridges can work on the standard AC voltage. It working mechanism is as simple as the bigger one. ------------------------------------- Mini fridge with Lock can Save your eatables on commercial places as well as in apartment and office.

Obviously, it will work,if it is a USA unit. It will take much amount of power so you cannot have a lot of other things on that line. And at last, search on the internet about the problem, you will some quality solution.

Dean is a spambot and for some reason it comes here and posts stupid posts on threads that are years old. Wouldn't it be nice if someone would delete its account and block it?
