My GE Profile dishwasher has water in the tub base when the dishwasher is not in use. (The water is clean and a little soapy) After running the dishwasher, the tub is dry and clean. After a day or so, the tub is filled with water again, but not consistantly and this problem had only occured in the last noght or so. Sometimes it will go a week or more before filling up again. The drain is not clogged and I have the proper air gap, could this be a faulty water inlet valve or something else?
Thanks!

Here are your parts
Parts for GE PDWT180R30SS Dishwasher - AppliancePartsPros.com

Since you are confident that the drain is set up correctly then I would say that you water valve (item 744 in the Body Parts section) is leaking intermittently.

Another confirmation of this would be if the water in the tub is clean.
