the fan in the freezer is working but not freezing nor making ice & the frig is not cooling at all..plz someone help

Is the compressor running.
You can usually hear it but you should also be able to feel it vibrating.

If it is and there is no frost on the evaporator coils in the freezer then you have a sealed system problem.
