Dishwasher fills with water but doesn't run. timer clicks as it advances but motor does not run.

Hi. You should check if there is 120 Volts AC coming to the motor after the fill cycle. Use the multimeter to check between Yellow and Blue at the motor connector. If the correct voltage is present then the motor is bad. If no voltage, check the wiring harness to the timer, and if it is good - you should replace the timer. Thanks. I checked for voltage at the pump and had 120 vac. Noticed chalky white corrosion in the plug and all over the motor. Water leak caused the motor to freeze up. Cost to repair too much for the age of the machine. time to replace.:(
