My 36" Viking All Refrigerator is dripping onto the floor instead of the pan. I would imagine the drain line is clogged.

Can anyone please tell me where to find the drain line or how to clean it?

Yes but only for authorized servicers. Your evaporator is located on the back wall at the top. There is a drain trough under the evap and the drain tube is on the left. It's not common for the drain to be clogged due to its location.

A little lower than half way down on the rear wall look for icing. There is a secondary evap that could be iced over due to a refrigerant leak or failed fan.

Thanks for your reply. Is this accessible from inside or will I need to pull the unit out of the cabinet?

Does anyone else have any insight on how to access the drain line on a Viking refrigerator?
