My Kitchen Aid Dishwasher just stopped about 3/4 of the wan thru the cycle. There is water in the bottom and dishes are only partially clean. I am thinking it might me a fuse because this happened a year ago. Repair man replaced a computer board fuse. Is this something I could do to save costs? I am out of work for 4 1/2 years and money is very tight!

Hello, You definitely can save some money on repair if you are going to do it yourself. You may want to start the troubleshooting from verifying proper voltage to the dishwasher. Just plug it in a different outlet to see if it will work. The next step is to remove the toe panel (do not forget to unplug the dishwasher first) and check the power cord connections to the dishwasher. In regards of testing the door switches and the control board thermal fuse you have to have a simple multimeter. These parts have to be tested for continuity. Post the results. Here are the breakdown diagrams and Parts for Whirlpool KUDT03FTSS1 Dishwasher - AppliancePartsPros.comGene.
