My Kitchen Aid Dishwasher model number KUD101TJBL0 started flashing the NORMAL and HI TEMP lights at me. I tried turning off the breaker for some time numerous times. I tried some of the reset combinations I found on line with no real results. After a combination of the above I did get a sign of life but then just the Hi Temp light started flashing. Also after a combination of the above in addition to the Normal & Hi Temp lights the Cancel light was added to the light show. I am not sure on the exact age of the machine.
