Washer fills fine and when the level is full it cycles to wash and you here the motor humming. I pulled the front cover off and the motor,belt and transmission pulley are all turning but no agitation??

If you can easily rotate the lower agitator by hand, the splines are probably stripped inside the agitator coupler. If so, remove the agitator by placing a strap under it and yanking up forcefully to pop it off. Then remove the bolt holding the coupler and inspect the internal splines. If this is not the problem, then you have a faulty transmission.
