Is there any chance the burner has an orafice clogged that feeds the igniter?

I have the same range which was bought new in late 2006 that has worked fine up until this month when the oven has started taking a longer time to lite and sometimes it will not reach upper temps ( 425 and up ). We were using the oven last week set on 450 and it stalled at 375. Other times it doesn't seam to want to lite the oven as it used to?? I went to an appliance parts site that offers help, that suggested it may be the temp probe. Mine is the shorter 3 inch probe, but I'm not sure if this is the problem. Just thinking out loud it seamed it could be the control panel also even though that was not one of the 4 parts the site suggested?
