That went on for a while and now it will not spin with clothes in it. I took the front cover and saw that the apron and the sides of the frame where the apron rests sags. Please help...

Complain to GE. This is a known problem, thus the kit, and they should provide the kit to you free of charge. The kit has a new cover that locks into the new apron bracket so that the cover helps to support the tub suspension system rather than just the apron supporting it. Eric
