Maytag Centennial washer leaking oil. Is there a service manual for this model?

Hopefully all the problem here is a bad seal on the transmission housing. Here is a schematic of your parts Part number: AP4410608
I cannot link you to a service manual but if you go to the video section on this site you can find videos that will show you how to tear down a Whirlpool direct drive washer, which is what this is. You can try replacing the seal and filling it back with oil, but given the cost of a new transmission I would not go that route and instead would replace the machine with a new one. It's not that much more cost and you will have a new machine with factory warranty.

Where did you purchase the washer? And is it a private residence or commercial? Most washers have warranties, so if it's not an easy fix, see if you can have it serviced or replaced. I know Mac-Gray runs the washers and dryers in my apartment building and we never have issues like that. Lastly, a Google search is always helpful for issues such as this one. Best of luck!
