I lost all power to the oven (whirlpool gold Mod. GBD307PRS01) during a preheat cycle. I have reset the breaker. I have also previously replaced the control board and the touch panel with sucesss. The oven worked just fine for months until this preheat power loss. No oven light or any signs of power. Also, it is hadrwired into the wall. No plug. Please help -AP

Hi. Check if you have a thermal link fuse inline of the black wire at the control board plug P24-3. If it's open - replace it and move the harness away from the hot exhaust vent. There are two types connectors: Part number: 4456654

I wish I had waited to read this response before I went through all the trouble of pulling the unit out of the wall and bypassing the two thermal fuses one the back of the oven only to figure out it was the thermal fuse on the control board. Thanks for the response it was right on the money.
