stabilizers were bad replaced them, do not hear timer moving or clicking, will fill with water yet will not spin! removed cover and motor and drum spin free and easy. where to start?

There are two likely sources of your problem on this model, the door lock assembly and the speed/motor control board.
First check to make sure all the connections are solid. You may have loosened something while making the repair.
If they check out try replacing the door lock assembly and then try to check the speed control board using procedures from the tech notes that should have been inside the lower service panel.
