Remove the thicker water line from the valve by pressing on the white collar. Make sure that you put a dish under the valve to collect the water and push the water lever at the dispenser. If the water would not go through - replace the valve Part number: 241734302 If the water valve works you will need to defrost the water line inside the freezer door. I guess my only option is to defrost line in door, is there anything I can do to prevent it from freezing again. Does this door come apart?

If the water is coming out then it's the line frozen in the door. I don't have any info on permanent fix of this type of the problem. Simon.
