Water dispenser doesn't work, ice dispenser works fine. Where do I begin to figure out problem? I hear switch type click but no water comes out!

Hi. Locate the water inlet valve at the back of the fridge. Remove the thicker water line from the valve by pressing on the white collar. Make sure that you put a dish under the valve to collect the water and push the water lever at the dispenser. If the water would not go through - replace the valve Part number: 241734302

Thanks, Simon. I guess my only option is to defrost line in door, is there anything I can do to prevent it from freezing again. Does this door come apart?

HI.
To make sure it's not the filter issue disconnect the water line at the bottom of the freezer door and push the lever. If the water is coming out then it's the line frozen in the door. I don't have any info on permanent fix of this type of the problem.

Simon. Thanks Again, I have water to bottom of freezer door so, I quess line is frozen. No Fix :mad:
