I have Kenmore model 110.22642100. I have replaced parts 3949238 (lid switch) and 3363394 (pump). I have drained the water from the washer through the tube, so I don't think that a clog is the issue. The washer still agitates but will not drain or spin. I've placed the timer at rinse and there is a ticking sound from the panel. All the forums I've checked state the lid switch, clog or pump could be the issue, but I've had no success with this.:( Some forums suggest the issue could be part 3364003 (motor coupling). I have another suggestion that it could be the panel controls.
Before I purchase any more parts I need to know if this is a panel or motor issue. Thanks.:)

Sounds like the lid switch but you've replaced that. Do you hear the switch click when you close the lid? Does the motor run, just hum or silent during drain/spin?

Hi fairbank56.:) Replacing the lid switch has the basket turning. The washer is now capable of agitating and spinning but will not drain between the wash and rinse cycle.
