My Dishwasher is not working. When I start the cycle the LCD panel shows that the cylce starts but u never hear the water swishing around, after a while. When I open it everything is hot & foggy and sounds like its drying but nothing is wet!!! Then there is very little water @ the bottom. Which I then have to drain, so I press the cancel button and you can hear it draining.
Please help!!! I did order a part from your company, my plumber thought was the problem, but it was in fact not. (water inlet valve assembly) Part# Ap3178609 (8531669)
After they replaced the part the same thing happened. It's not washing, they is no sign of water, except @ the very bottom.:(

Sounds like the wash and drain pumps are not working. Remove the toe panel and check for 120 VAC to the wash pump motor while the control calls for wash.
