An older top freezer bottom refrig model is not cooling in the refrig, the freezer fan blows cool but doesn't freeze any more. I had a service tech come out and said the defrost timer was bad. He reset it and it worked great for 8 months. It happened again and I unplugged the refrig and turned the timer again but it is not cooling now. The compressor and inside fan kicks on like normal it just won't cool.

Could be the defrost heater is not shutting off due to bad timer, low on refrigerant of extremely dirty coils and condensing fan motor
