I have a kitchen aid supra kudc25chbl1 i replaced control panel and child lock still blinking i turned breaker off tried resetting and no luck

Sounds like you have a stuck key on the keypad.

Unfortunately I cannot find a pinout for the keypad which would allow you to confirm this
