there is on oil or grease like substance coming from underneath the agaitator. Is there a bad seal that needs to be replaced? it is a pretty old washer is it even worth my time.

In order to provide the most accurate advise I need the complete model number of the washer.

The model number you posted is incorrect or incomplete.

Verify and repost it, please.
