I had a latch locking problem and I sprayed contact cleaner. the door did lock and started the cycle....but it did not run. First fault was F22 than there was a second fault F29. I would like to know how to unlock the electrical door latch. Door wil not open even after being unpluged. Thanks don

Hi.

Unplug the washer.
Remove the toe panel.
At the bottom of the door latch there is the plastic ring, pull it down to unlatch the door.

Simon.
