my heat stays on all the time even in the air dry cycle I have changed the element all thermostats and the heat fuse because it burnt out at the start of this problem. I have checked the element and it is not grounding out. I am thinking it is the timer am I leaning in the right direction? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Here is your wiring diagram http://www.servicematters.com/d...0Sheet%20-%208528189.pdfYes it could be the timer Unplug the unit Set the timer to air only Remove the R wire from the timer and check BK/R contacts Should be open in air only. The above assumes that the heat is being regulated but it is on all the time. |
