The freezer is slightly cooler than the refrigerator. No Ice. was getting cooler until moved to another location. Now the frig is 70 and the freezer is about 63. I changed the defrost thermosat and reset to 4 - 4 on the cold settings. Still not getting cold and no ice or frost showing on down below.
Any help is appreciated.

Hi. Check if the compressor is running. Do you hear hum and click from it? Remove the starting devise and shake it. If it rattles you need to replace it. But before doing it check if the three compressor's pins has continuity between them and no continuity to the ground. The relay/overload Part number: 2188830
