No water supply to icemaker and no water supply to water dispenser. Lines are not frozen. Small amount of water dribbles from dispenser but refrig does not make ice. Refrig was disconnected and all lines were cleared. How can this be repaired to restore water supply?

How old is the water filter? If it's old and/or clogged then water will never go through it. Replace the water filter and flash the system as described in one of our previous threads: http://forum.appliancepartspros...ater-dispenser-leak.html
