Yesterday my dryer tripped a main circuit to home after my daughter started the dryer and now the panel does not light up or start. I reset the breaker to the home and there is power coming out of the outlet but no luck.
A few months ago I smelled burnt wire when I was drying a comforter and I've smelled it in the past and thought maybe the smell was from overloading the machine but it's meant to hold a comforter. I thought there was strain on belt.
The manual says it could be Thermal Limiter Part Number: PS755806
But why does the control panel not light up? Machine get lots of use and is 5-7 years
