The interface is dead. I replaced the main control board with no sucess. How can I test the control board AND the interface electrically? The push button diagnostics are not very clear (get 4 M ohms oupon each button push). Is there a circuit diagram for the interface so that I can confirm anything?

Hi.
If you are getting 120VAC between P1-5(L1) and P1-2(neutral) of the main control board - replace the control panel (UIC).
Provide the color for the correct part number.
Simon.
PS.If you got the control board from APP-return it.

Is the replacement control board defective? When you indicate to replace the control panel, do you mean the control board or control interface board?

The control panel comes with the Interface Control Unit.

Hi.
If you will share with me the brand name and the model number I'll do my best to assist you.
Simon.
