Freezer is only freezing/cooling on bottom two shelves. Occasionally, it will work as intended and freeze everything, but I do not trust it enough to place items in it.

What can be causing this? We took the internal plate off inside and saw that the coils all had frost on them, and we cleaned the drain hose which was frozen solid. Still, no luck after four days.

Hi.

Please provide the complete model number and serial number.

Check if the evaporator fan is running.
