My Roper Dryer just stopped working, will not start at all. Any suggestions where to start troubleshooting?

Hi. First check if there 240VAC at the wall outlet. If yes, then unplug the dryer, remove the back panel and check if the thermal fuse on the blower housing is open. Replace if needed and clean all air vents, including the chute. The fuse Part number: 3392519
