I have never heard of "lec" as a manufacturer.

In any case your problem is often caused by poor air circulation over the condenser coils.
The coils are usually under the unit by the compressor.
Check that the vents on the rear cover and front kick plate are clean.
Check/clean the condenser coils.
If the unit has a condenser/compressor fan check that it runs when the compressor runs. Also that it's fan blades are clean.

Sorry but I have no experience with lec units.
AppliancePartsPros is USA based and I am a Canuck who tries to help a few people on their forum.

You could check the temperatures with a thermometer. The freezer should be 0 to 5 degrees F and the fresh food section around 40 degrees F.

If you know someone who has a similar unit ask them how hot theirs is.

Perhaps call a couple repair/retail places they should be able to say what is normal.
