My ice maker is leaking excess water at the above the front and rear of the icemaker water fill tray. I replaced inlet valve recently and adjusted the fill level with neither having an affect on the issue. The water now appears dirty and after reading similar blogs I am thinking clogged water line or filter. Is there a filter for the water going to ice maker, where is it, should I change it or just clean, what else can I check? Thank You

Yes, i know the water filter but I was wondering if there is a second filter for the water to the ice maker?
Why do you think the ice maker needs to be replaced?

Hi.
There is no additional icemaker filter in the domestic refrigerators.
After you replaced the water valve there nothing ells to control the water fill level but the icemaker.
Thank you. Post the results.
Simon.
