HI.

You need to give me more info to work with.

Check if: compressor, condenser motor, evaporator motor are running.
Are the condenser coils clean?

Please post the results.

Simon.

You will need to pull the back off and feel the compressor, if vibrating and hot and condenser coils room temperature, you probably have a bad compressor.

All syptoms point to a bad compressor. You might want a pro to look at it to conferm.

I checked the compressor, condensor motor, and evaporator motor are running. we also cleaned off the coils..so can you tell me if we can replace it without bringing a pro in to tell me the same thing? and what part are we needing to get,how much will it cost. I appreciate a response asap..thank you.

Hi.

It's the sealed system problem. You can't fix it without the specialist.
Contact local repair company for the estimate.

Thank you.

Simon.
