HI.
You need to give me more info to work with.
Check if: compressor, condenser motor, evaporator motor are running. Are the condenser coils clean?
Please post the results.
Simon.

You will need to pull the back off and feel the compressor, if vibrating and hot and condenser coils room temperature, you probably have a bad compressor.

All syptoms point to a bad compressor. You might want a pro to look at it to conferm.

Hi.
It's the sealed system problem. You can't fix it without the specialist. Contact local repair company for the estimate.
Thank you.
Simon.
