Hi,

The other day I had to turn my water main off for a couple of hours. After turning it back on again, the dishwasher spray arms don't spray water anymore. When I set it to "rinse" I hear the usual noise and water collects in the tub and it's pumped out correctly. However, the dishes are completely dry, not wet from the rinse. Where does the water in the tub come from and why isn't it getting into the spray arms?
