I had the control board & glass top replaced and the dual burner still does not work.
can the sensor for the dual burner be replaced or do i need to buy a new cooktop?
what parts do i need?????

Could you please explain why in the first place you replaced the control board and glass top?

the touch pad on the cooktop would not activate the burner. so the service company i hired told me these parts would fix my problem. now i am still with out the dual burner not working. they told me the are trying to locate the sensor for the burner. I want to know if I am waiting for a part that doesnt exist. i contacted jenn air and they said ther is no sensor to order. i want my husband to fix this problem if someone can help

Hi.

The sensor is a part of the dual element. You need to replace

the element Part number: 74010156
Part number: 74010156
