Ice stops dispencing, I have replaced the auger motor & hex cap (looked a litte worn). I removed the ice bin and ran the auger motor with door open and the motor runs fine for about 10 seconds but starts to bog down and stops running. After a couple mintues of letting is sit it will start up and then quit again. This is a new auger motor I purchase from Parts Select a few weeks ago and still can't figure out what is wrong with it not dispencing the ice properly. Please advise.

It will run for about 20 seconds than stops but If I remove the ice bin and hold the button down it will run longer.

110-120 V is what is on the sticker for the auger motor.

Hi, Julie.

I asked you to check the actual voltage at the auger motor wile it's running. You need to use the voltmeter.

Simon.

Without doing the test my best guess it's a bad control board
