It looks like the leak is coming from the pump. Should I just replace the whole pump assembly? If I buy the pump assembly, does it already have all the gaskets and seals in it? What about the seals for the motor shaft? Anything else that I'm missing?

If you will get the pump and motor complete assembly all you need to do is remove and replace it.
