Water is accumulating on the inside bottom of refrigerator under the plastic draw bins. You can't see it dripping from the inside and we have cleaned it several times but it continues to accumulate.

Very likely the problem is a frozen drain.

Remove the floor and the rear panel inside the freezer. The drain hole is located under the evaporator coils. Defrost it using a hair dryer, then run some hot water through the drain. Make sure the drain hose on the back of the refrigerator is not blocked.
